These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the website template ("Template") provided by TheatreWebsiteTemplates (TWT). By downloading, using, or deploying the Template, you agree to the following:

1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this Template for a single commercial project.

2. Permitted Use
You may:

Use the Template on Wix for a personal or commercial website.
Modify content (such as text, images, video, audio and links).

3. Restrictions
You may not:

Resell, reuse, redistribute, or share the Template.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or adapt the structure/design.
Remove the footer credit without a separate license.
Violate the intellectual property rights of TWT or any third party to the site.

If we believe you are using our Template illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Site in question. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing the site discussed.

4. Attribution
The footer credit to TWT must remain visible on all published versions of the site unless an attribution-free license has been purchased.

5. Ownership

All rights to the original TWT design, code, and layout remain the property of TWT. Use of the template does not transfer any intellectual property ownership to you.

6. Support

We provide basic and advanced support related to template functionality. We do not guarantee support for third-party customizations, integrations, or platform-specific limitations (e.g., Wix platform bugs).

7. Embedded or Third-Party Content

The template may integrate or embed services (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps, Spotify). These links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control are subject to their own respective policies. TWT is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to our template/site. You agree to the responsibility of reading the Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policies of any third party websites and services before using these sites and enforcing their information therein.

8. Disclaimer

The TWT is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for issues resulting from customization, hosting errors, content or accuracy of the information presented or third-party content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TWT are not liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees resulting from use or misuse of the template/site.

10. Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this template/site you indemnify and hold harmless TWT from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use or misuse of this template/site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario

12. Servability

If at any time any of these provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

13. Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

14. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the template/site. We will notify you by email if there are any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the template/site after the changes will constitute acceptance of these changes.
